I started 75 Hard. For those of you that don’t know what 75 Hard is, it’s a mental, physical, and emotional mindset challenge. For 75 days I have to drink a gallon of water, have two 45 minute workouts a day (one has to be outside), follow a diet, take photos of myself daily, and read 10 pages in a book. It’s taxing, but so far it’s been so worth it.
